Developed weekly and monthly Reporting along with Test & Control methodology to measure impact of CRM strategy on driving increased usage among customers of the BLAW service from campaign to campaign. Also produced statistical segmentation and propensity models to facilitate more effective targeting and messaging of communications to current users of the service. Statistical Methodology utilized included Decision Tree analysis, and Machine Learning algorithms (Database Targeting offering, Customized solution implementation offering, & Reporting offering ).
